Confusing statement[edit]

...he was the seventh (sixth in order of birth) but fourth and youngest surviving son..."

What does this mean? OK, he was the 4th and youngest surviving son. But disregarding sex, was he the 7th-born child or the 6th-born child? -- JackofOz (talk) 17:11, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
