Upgrades[edit]

How did the 1973 upgrade under Labour differ from the post 1979 upgrade under National? Allowing for inflation the former would appear to have been the larger project.Royalcourtier (talk) 23:44, 13 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Needs update as refining operations have now ceased[edit]

The facility no longer refines oil and is now operating a fuel import terminal.
