Article title[edit]
Just a note in case any other editors should question it. I'm well aware that, normally, we do not use someone's personal title or military rank in an article title. It's justified in this case, though, because during the time that he was notable, as a record producer and label owner in the 1960s, he always used the title Major, and that is reflected in most sources. Possible image on Commons[edit]
This is an uncategorised image on Commons of a "Major Bill Smith" in 1990. There are no other details on the file. Does anyone know if this is the same person? From Hill To Shore (talk) 09:52, 15 April 2022 (UTC)
- I think it is the same person as in this image - so, probably yes. The Commons image is identical to the one here, but I don't know which one came first. Ghmyrtle (talk) 10:26, 15 April 2022 (UTC)
