That looks like a very wrongheaded deletion. The 1985 film hi:महागुरु_(1985_फ़िल्म) has some sources and stars several major actors including Rajinikanth in the title role. The newer film has less sources and seems less notable. Rinchen Zangpo was also known as Mahaguru. This needs to be a dab page, and if possible the AfD needs undoing and expanding using Hindi and Tamil sources. In ictu oculi (talk) 14:43, 11 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose if anything the wrong film was deleted. I've requested that Mahaguru (1985 film) be restored so Hindi and Tamil sources can be added. It's purely a product of 1985 vs 2007 and deprecation of sources that the recent one appears more notable. Look at the actors in each and that clearly isn't the case. The AfD admin restored it to Draft, I added some more sources, and moved back to article space at Mahaguru (1985 film). That now makes a dab page advisable. Will create one in the red link space above. If anyone objects (no one has supported this move so far) then they can move to Mahaguru (disambiguation).
