Expansion of Mafeteng district[edit]

Hi, in the German Wikipedia one user pointed out contradicting information about Mafeteng district. According to this map Mafeteng district has expanded eastwards since 2006, including an exclave in the highlands. Do you have any information about the date when this happened and the new data (area, population), maybe even the reasons for the expansion?
