Technology: Newst Video Codecs H266 and AV1[edit]

MX Player [1] has been servicing content through VVC/H.266 standard to almost 20% of its customer base and it has received no complaints. (Mainly for Mobile Phones)[2]
MX Player has built its own encoder, and has licensed the decoder from Tencent, one of its investors.[3]
Despite the name MX Player does not play local files in VVC/H.266, and only paid version handles its own streaming service in VVC/H.266.[4]
MX Player has been first in the world in achieving such result, and it was also among the first to deploy AV1 video codec. [1]

It is proposition of addition, if you claim sources are not reliable, I am very curious what services were worlds' first or language first video service for given video codecs:
VVC/H.266 or AV1.
I suppose it is important information especially for newest video codecs.
Because it is not so important, for video codecs that has been available for decades.
And wiki has a lot of different list like:
world's top languages.
