I have gone on a very detailed scale on the Constitution of Nepal- 2072 and saw no use of the term "province". I made those changes but they have been reverted. There has been the use of the term "state" in the constitution and I hope that can be changed accordingly in the article, changing all the words with "province" and "provincial" to "state" and "state level". This is not about just the "Provincial Assembly of ..." series of articles. Province is the term in usage everywhere on Wikipedia: articles, templates, categories, you name it. So, there needs to be a central discussion and clear consensus to implement such a wide-ranging change. You have started the same discussion on multiple pages which won't do. Please leave a note at each of those that the matter will be discussed here, or better yet, start the discussion at WT:NEPAL and redirect every one to go there. But, before that..."Province" is the word used by just about everyone.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] One early translation of the constitution choosing "State" instead of "province" is not enough to dictate Wikipedia's choice.
