Though I added it, I'm not pleased with my choice of reference - All-Music Guide - for the association (Norman, Berwald 4, April 9 1878 premiere etc.) given - they do not cite their sources. I believe I've seen a much much better source for this information, and will seek it out. It was either the "new official score" of the Berwald symphony 4 (and whatever sources it cites, note point) (or a review of it - that's what I'm most likely to have seen - edit), or the records of the orchestra itself for that year (maybe the best source??)
