Cleanup vs speedy delete vs AfD[edit]

This article was recently speedy deleted but an admin has kindly given it a new lease of life pending an AfD. As it stands, it obviously ain't much, but I reckon it could become an acceptable article with a minimum of effort & I think it would then easily survive any future AfD. So rally round, folks. As per the A7 speedy delete guidelines "The criterion does not apply to any article that makes any credible claim of significance or importance even if the claim is not supported by a reliable source." and I reckon that any organisation that can claim a membership of over 42,000 can surely be considered significant.
