Found two potential sources.[edit]

Found a potential source:[1]. It seems to be taken from a magazine from December 2021, though I am unable to read it or take anything from it. It is also possible this is not the same person, and thus is not reliable, so keep that in mind.

Another potential source:[2]. Article outlining modernization efforts taken in Uruguay in early 20th century. It mentions his name once but I am unsure it's able to be used for anything as it doesn't really give any information on him personally.
