Cover art by Byrne?[edit]

I am fairly certain that the Captain America #170 cover shown is by Sal Buscema, not John Byrne. Luis Dantas 15:12, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Creators[edit]

Cap #169-#170, in which Moonstone first appeared, was plotted by Steve Englehart and drawn by Sal Buscema (with the relevant script by Mike Friedrich). Nevertheless Lee/Kirby are credited as co-creators. There are characters who where not created by their first writers/artists, and Lee was publisher with Marvel at the time, and was known to make creative contributions here and there, but Kirby would be still working for DC for some months when this was written. Is there any reference for them creating Moonstone? Patchwor (talk) 07:33, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Creators Part 2[edit]

The uncredited cover pretty clearly looks like the work of Gil Kane who did a lot of Captain America covers at that time, though John Romita Sr. probably had a hand in the finishes. The Stan Lee-Jack Kirby credits are a mistake. I have updated the page to reflect the actual credits listed in the comic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by EncyclopediaBlack (talkcontribs) 13:26, 21 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

NefariusLloyd Bloch – I see no reason why we should use his new alias instead of his constant unchanging real name, especially since he was also known as Moonstone. The image we use here even says "I am Moonstone!" ScratchMarshall (talk) 04:11, 25 May 2018 (UTC)--Relisting. Dekimasuよ! 09:55, 1 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
