A question about festivals[edit]

I want to know if poetry festivals can be considered literary festivals as well, thank you very much.

Poetry festivals should be considered literary festivals because they include the discussion and presentation of written literature along with spoken words. Furthermore, I think it would also depend on the activities at the festival.Jzapata95 (talk) 14:58, 29 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dates[edit]

It's not suitable to put the dates of the next festival here as no-one seems likely to maintain them and without a year it's meaningless. --JBellis (talk) 14:19, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

An addition to the list[edit]

Ajmer Literature Festival, which is now 2 season old, must also be added to the list of Literary Festivals held around the world. [1] Accentuateweb (talk) 11:50, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Lucknow Literature Carnival[edit]

An anonymous editor with a changing IP address has removed "Lucknow Literature Carnival" from this list repeatedly (17 times to date, if I count correctly), without ever giving a satisfactory reason. We do not have an article on this festival, but the same is true of many other entries on the list, so to remove one selectively seems suspicious – is there a conflict of interest behind this? We need to agree whether red links should be included in this list, and if not (per WP:WTAF) then we need to remove them all. Until consensus can be reached here, this entry should remain on the list and any further attempts to remove it can be construed as vandalism. --Deskford (talk) 22:56, 15 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

How can I create a Wikipedia page for my upcoming book and art festival?[edit]

I'm new here so I really don't know how it works. I want to create a page that will help me upload more information about the festival. Thank you. Ebube od (talk) 20:04, 7 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
