PatriciaSR (talk) 22:30, 3 June 2012 (UTC) Moondyne, could you somehow manage, as you did with one section, to get whole page to update as don't know how to do this. I anonymously revamped this site a couple of months ago and added f-c centenarian cricketers but am a slight novice on wiki symbols (editing). Would like to join, rather than browse, WikiProject Cricket Quiz (know some answers but sharing flat without reference books). If we get answers do we always have to set questions? Arthur Maynard[edit]

Is Arthur Maynard still alive? Strange that cricinfo does not have a date of death when wiki does... WillE (talk) 12:01, 23 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

His CricketArchive profile has his date of death. 117.192.183.246 (talk) 07:39, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Alexander McAllister deceased sixteen years ago?[edit]

According to the Association of Cricket Statisticians and Historians, Alex(ander) McAllister died on January 29, 2008, at the age of 87. This date also appears on CricketArchive.com I've not been able to find any news stories/death notices, etc. to confirms this. Wiki O'Ryan (talk) 03:26, 16 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In the absence of anything confirming that he is still living, we should accept CricketArchive and ACS, who do not act without good evidence, and remove him from this list. Sammyrice (talk) 04:01, 16 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That sounds like a good idea. Thanks for this advice. Wiki O'Ryan (talk) 23:55, 16 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
