List of rallies for the Donald Trump presidential campaign, 2020[edit]

I think that List of rallies for the Donald Trump presidential campaign, 2020 should have its own article when there is more than one rally. In the mean-time use Donald Trump presidential campaign, 2020 if there is only one rally. Don't merge it here as this one is already very big and it would get too much bigger eventually. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 23:56, 19 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I think that once he starts holding events regularly that list should be started, the recent rally may be a one-time thing. MB298 (talk) 01:21, 20 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
With three ralleys since the election there would now be enough for a new article. But were they for the 2020 election? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 23:44, 19 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Ref cleanup / large amount of unreliable sources[edit]

I've gone through and done some reference cleanup; many citations are missing the title of the work and the authors.

I've also encountered an extremely large number of unreliable sources, used to support crowd sizes and other statements. I've removed these, replacing some with reliable sources and tagging others with {{citationneeded}}. "The Gateway Pundit" blog is not a reliable source, and neither is Breitbart News. Nor are random blogs, or Patch.com (which is user-generated). I even saw a few cites that didn't mention Trump at all, but which were instead fact sheets about the capacity of the venue. None of that is remotely acceptable. We should stick to real, actual, reliable sources, such as local or national newspapers, radio stations, TV stations, etc. We must be firm about the sourcing here. I have run Refill again to add titles and convert to cite web format. But Refill not smart enough to get all the authors. Compare it to the first revision to see it has come a long way from bare URLs. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 23:59, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

describitions, story???[edit]

Acroterion (talk) 19:15, 19 August 2017 (UTC)Acroterion, Shock Brigade Harvester Boris (talk, TheGracefulSlick, Volunteer Marek how come the anti-Trump protests, while storied hereProtests against Donald Trump are being documented and Trump rallies, and his message are being omitted here??? is Wikipedia biased??? why am I accused of disruptive editing for adding factual content? who are the Wikipedia administrators that seek consensus? Do we need a new wiki covering President Trump's rallies?? I'll contribute!! Let us eat lettuce (talk) 04:14, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know anything about any articles about rallies. Must you type in bold? Volunteer Marek (talk) 04:17, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Why was I pinged here? I have never edited this article as far as I remember.TheGracefulSlick (talk) 04:18, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I fixed the bold, sorry.. .TheGracefulSlick, was just asking for your input.. Let us eat lettuce (talk) 04:21, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Let us eat lettuce: there already is an article about Trump's rallies as president: List of post-election Donald Trump rallies. No bias here.TheGracefulSlick (talk) 04:22, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi TheGracefulSlick. A list? why does this wiki exist Protests against Donald Trump?? this should be a list at best. this wiki Protests against Donald Trump this is deplorable... Let us eat lettuce (talk) 04:26, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Do you have any policy-based reasons to delete that article Let us eat Lettuce? If so, feel free to AfD it but I don't recommend it. There is nothing wrong with covering a notable subject even if it puts Trump in a negative light. The only way to Make Wikipedia Great Again is by remaining neutral. The fact you call the article "deplorable" expresses to me you have a bias and that should never be the first (or 2nd, 3rd, 4th...) reason to object to a page.TheGracefulSlick (talk) 04:40, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, for sure, I do not support deleting anybodies contribution TheGracefulSlick. I am merely noticing the difference is Wikipedia's coverage of each subject matter. If I'm intuitive enough to recognized bias, it doesn't make me biased.. I will definitely defer to the consensus. I have also suggested a new wiki President Trump's rallies Let us eat lettuce (talk) 04:50, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why was I pinged here? I have never edited this article, as a glance at the article history will show. Shock Brigade Harvester Boris (talk) 23:46, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mother of All Rallies[edit]

Should Mother of All Rallies be mentioned here? ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:40, 18 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Attempted attack on Trump, 03-12-16, Dayton, OH[edit]

I feel like this [1] attempted attack/assassination on Donald Trump should get it's own article, like the one here. Can any one help me and tell me if it can get its own article? And what steps I should go through to do so? 1bcdbackup (talk) 03:41, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
