Sorting[edit]

With wikitables it is possible to sort wrt to any column. But the original form of this table is wrt the alphabetic order of the capital names. How about sorting wrt to latitutes in stead of wrtr alphabetic order ? Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 12:10, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

UK constituent countries[edit]

Hi, I removed the capitals of Wales, Scotland and N.I. to make this list more consistent with other similar lists, i.e. it should reflect the capitals of sovereign states and their dependencies. A list of capitals of country subdivisions by latitude might be interesting, though huge. ҉ Randwicked ҉ 05:03, 17 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

They are countries weather you like it or not and the list clearly says it includes constituent countries. Why would you change this list that specifically says it includes these to be "consistent" with other lists when all you did was make it inconsistent with itself? 2A02:C7F:8E1B:1100:60D9:4540:6DA0:98F4 (talk) 15:57, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
