"All de facto present currencies in Europe [...] are listed here"[edit]

The headline is a piece of information from this article, which, however, I do challenge. The Transnistrian rouble is a currency, it is present, and it is so in Transnistria, which is in Europe. Even though Transnistria is an unrecognized state, its currency fulfills the definition this list is based upon.
