Per WP:CSC, stand-alone lists such as this should normally either comprise only notable topics or only non-notable topics, rather than a mixture of the two. In this case I think it would be reasonable to impose the former restriction – to list only notable books about anarchism rather than all books on the topic – in order to ensure the list stays at a manageable length. This would not necessarily mean listing only books that currently have articles – as the guideline explains, "Red-linked entries are acceptable if the entry is verifiably a member of the listed group and it is reasonable to expect an article could be forthcoming in the future."
