Shania Twain - Come On Over is not listed[edit]

That was the biggest selling album of 1999 selling 2.2 million and also sold maybe 150,000 in 1998 so about 2.35 million sales. I reckon it should be around number 3 or 4 on the list. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.27.226.94 (talk) 15:01, 1 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This is the chart as calculated and published by the OCC, so if you think there is an error, you will have to take it up with them. To be honest, I think every album in this top 20 likely exceeded 2.4 millon sales during the 90s, so Come On Over is probably just outside this top 20.
