Frigolet?[edit]

Why is Frigolet in bold print? According to the article on the abbey, it was disbanded on 5 June 1903, therefore no longer extant. Caeruleancentaur (talk) 12:25, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That is because the Frigolet Abbey article is an undigested crib from the Catholic Encyclopedia of 1913. The abbey, as can be seen from the link to its website, is still in operation. This illustrates nicely why no-one in their right mind would believe anything they read on Wikipedia without corroborating it elsewhere. HeartofaDog (talk) 01:05, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
