Source for this Award?[edit]

Possibly sounds strange, but I can't find any record of this as an ongoing award anywhere. Most of the people listed don't have the award on their actual pages, and for those that do the citations are generally to pages or articles that don't actually list this specific award. I can't find record of it on the Unesco website or document archive, and there doesn't seem to be any news articles that mention anyone recieving it.

If anyone can find a list of winners - or even just a reliable source for the award being given out - it would be useful. I don't want to say the award doesn't exist, but maybe it's being conflated with another award? Tinkerstardust (talk) 12:21, 16 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
