I don't think it's necessary to list all the players. The list would be huge. Multiple winners (2 or even 3) should downsize it noticeably. Think how many players are in the team that don't play (contribute) the games. Every team has 1 to 4 out of 16. 2 or 3 titles as a minumum would make the list relevant enough.
