Differentiate between colonial products[edit]
Is it worth differentiating between kingdoms that existed before colonial rule and the ones that were created, with pressure from the colonisers, for the purpose of administration? For example the difference between the Lukiiko of Buganda and the Lukiiko of Busoga. From what I know, Ankole was created with the merge of Nkore and like 10 smaller kingdoms by the British. Also Rwenzururu (and I think Bugisu/Bagisu as I can't find anything regarding 'Bugisu Kingdom' on google scholar) Is it worth expanding it to include the older kingdoms like Kitara/Bachwezi?
