Fair use rationale for Image:Lipstickjungle.PNG

Image:Lipstickjungle.PNG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Leave the episode summaries in the article

Please leave the episode summaries in the main article. They are far more significant than Neilsen ratings, Music, Trivia, etc. Please leave the music listings in its own separate article – there's no reason for it to be in this article. Softlavender (talk) 10:24, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

Has this show been cancelled ???

This page keeps implying the show has been cancelled sometimes even saying it has been cancelled, that the show is of the past. Is there any evidence to support this, I was under the impressesion it was on a hiatus and would be extended if ratings picked up. Well back in november is was considered cancelled, but a new source stats the show is still in a limbbo state, in which the nbc president will decide whether to renew it or not, as they are waiting to test the new fall pilots. So as of now you could say it is still in hiatus, but i doubt they will renew it since NBC presidents usually agree with past presidents when they can a show. Tj21 (talk) 19:43, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
