Footnote 16 is inappropriate - Please Consider Removing

I believe that f.n. 16 does not support the statement it is attached to (Limited liability is promoted as encouraging entrepreneurship by various economists). I would remove it myself, but since I don't have enough contact with this article, I won't. Someone with more history with this article should check f.n. 16, see if they agree with me, and if so, remove it. The article actually discusses whether abolishing l.l. would affect stock prices, which the author concludes it wouldn't. Piratejosh85 (talk) 15:27, 8 July 2012 (UTC)

I have fixed the problem by replacing it. I have replaced the bad article one with one that's must better, i.e. actually supports the proposition that l.l. encourages entrepreneurshipPiratejosh85 (talk) 13:08, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
