Requesting structure change and new page

Hi, I work for RELX Group (parent of LexisNexis Risk Solutions) and have been taking a look at this page with a view to helping to make it more accurate and up to date. Most of the content is 10 years out of date. I'm aware of the potential for COI but all suggestions I make are in good faith, with a view to improving the page and Wikipedia.

This page is basically the old ChoicePoint page, which someone has previously renamed to LexisNexis Risk Solutions, so it's largely incorrect (LexisNexis Risk Solutions isn't just a rebrand of ChoicePoint).

As a solution, I'd like to suggest copying the current page content over to a new page called "ChoicePoint", and then replacing the LexisNexis Risk Solutions page content with something that is accurate and up to date. I can provide suggested content and sources for this, which would greatly improve the page from its current state.

Can someone please confirm that this would be an acceptable approach?

Many thanks Ryoba (talk) 16:29, 11 January 2019 (UTC)

@Ryoba: Hi there. Rather than doing a copy and paste move, the content about ChoicePoint should be rewritten to be contemporary and retained as a section of this page if substantial enough, or otherwise reworked into a section detailing the history of the company. If you have suggestions for up-to-date text about LexisNexis Risk Solutions - referenced of course - then why not just drop it here on the talk page and let a non-affiliated editor move it over once they've verified it. 198.176.82.33 (talk) 14:19, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
