Music Video[edit]

As the old man’s tattoo would suggest, “real music”, as well as the old woman’s calling him “Nathan”, the old man is actually an older NF. The song’s lyrics apply because NF’s relationship to his past self (at least, in the video) is very similar to his relationship with his father. Thus, the message is that he’s afraid to follow his father’s example. The more convincing explanations in the comment section are similar. I personally believe the above to be a more accurate meaning than that proposed in the article, but I don’t think either should be featured as “the” explanation, but rather both should be added to a new section, or otherwise reconciled. Perhaps there will evidence from NF himself at a later time that clarifies this video. Dfcorrea00 (talk) 00:42, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Reference #6 also presents this possibility, in the form of a question: “But does NF feel that he's let himself down?” as well as in the title: “Watch now: NF lets himself drown and burn in new video for ‘Let You Down’”. Dfcorrea00 (talk) 00:48, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"Christian Rapper"[edit]

NF has said many a times that he is not a "Christian Rapper" (He has said he is a Christian but not a "Christian Rapper" to be clear.). I am requesting an edit to fix in the top line where it calls him one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aman0226 (talkcontribs) 16:10, 9 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
