Corporate lawfare?

Does this article need a new section for corporate lawfare? It seems to be wholly exempt from the article.
Related / subordinate to this is the "patent war".

Well it doesn't need to have its own section or even be called corporate warfare. My point is just that lawfare doesn't seem to just apply to nation-states etc. And if it can't get included in the article, "patent war" probably could be linked in the see also section. --Fixuture (talk) 19:25, 27 March 2015 (UTC)

Article is a mess

The article is a battleground of POVs struggling over a fuzzy, muddy concept. It appears to be a babbling meeting of 6 to 10 precocious wonky blogger pundits from all over the political spectrum, each one more sure of himself than the next and used to impressing his friends, dates and interviewers. It's a multi-way personal essay by a disparate committee.

What a mess!!
