Under Television roles

When discussing her role on Desperate Housewifes, the phrase "which her husband owns." is used when describing her character's action on the show. This is unclear. Should it read "which her character's husband owns." It seems a small thing, but I don't watch the show so I am unsure if this is a reference to a breaking of the fourth wall.
