The Simosko/Tepperman quote ("the Scandinavian musicians perform admirably."), reference number 7, seems extremely questionable and raises my suspicions regarding the accuracy of the authors' research, as not a single Scandinavian musician performs on this record - Mengelberg, Schols and Bennink are all Dutch, and The Netherlands is not now, nor was it ever, considered a Scandinavian country.
