"arguably "[edit]

"Arguably" is a weasel word. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 139.68.134.1 (talk) 15:48, 27 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No longer appears. Martinevans123 (talk) 10:12, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Strange sentence[edit]

The last sentence of the 1st para if the Background section is this: “The sparse, alternative-tuning laden sound of later records comes to the forefront on "Ladies of the Canyon" (one of those "ladies" being female underground comix pioneer Trina Robbins).” The point I’m making isn’t that the bracketed info bears no relation to the rest of the sentence, other than - of course - the title of the album being there. But the meaning of the sentence doesn’t relate. I’m not sure where to put the bracketed info, but it shouldn’t be where it is. Boscaswell talk 09:55, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I've taken it out as a non sequitur. Trina Robbins is notable, of course, and the source which explains the connection is this. So I'm sure it might be added back in at a more appropriate location. Martinevans123 (talk) 10:16, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Importance[edit]

This is a plea for a longer and more in-depth article. Thanks of course for what we have. But it is such a profoundly important album, has resounded in my mind ever since it was released. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.100.228.4 (talk) 12:37, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
