Indeed, it seems likely that they are public domain. The music obviously is PD; however I don't immediately find, either on es.wp or elsewhere, any authoritative date for the words. Do you? Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 22:18, 7 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
OK, this source says the words are by Rómulo E. Durón and were in use in Honduras until 1915. So definitely PD. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 22:25, 7 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
