Adding more infomation about trans rights[edit]

Within the article “LGBT Rights in Arkansas” there are only a few sentences about transgender rights under the section “Gender Identity and Expression.” Transgender rights are just as important and gay and lesbian rights. The editors should consider adding more information on the extent of trans rights in Arkansas. In the same section, the article mentions Arkansas having an “X” sex descriptor available on government documents. There is only one sentence stating this and no explanation. What does this mean? What does this mean for LGBT people?
