Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedy deleted as having no substantive content, because... I work for the LGBT foundation and am attempting to create an accurate, professional wikipedia page. The Lesbian and Gay foundation is now an outdated page and was made by someone who does not represent this organisation and mentioned himself in the article more often that he should have. I attempted to make a page yesterday but left out all of my references. I attempted to edit the page with the upper case letters today but was not given that option and was instead redirected to the old page, hence I made a new page with lower case letters in the title. --FelixTy95 (talk) 10:18, 27 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If it's the same organisation under a different name, then the content should be added to the existing article. Also, please read WP:COI as you work for the organisation- just because someone who doesn't work for the foundation of the page created The Lesbian and Gay Foundation, this doesn't make it less legitimate than your page. Although your page does seem to be better, text about both organisations hsould be included on The Lesbian and Gay Foundation page, as this is a content fork- it's the same organisation, just focusing on the recentisms of it.
In second thoughts, I'll just perform a merger/redirect from the old page to this one, since the old one is pretty bad, and this one is clearly better. Joseph2302 (talk) 10:34, 27 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

I followed the link to reference 5, 'Charity Report' which does not provide support for any of the statements made in the previous sentence: the size of the charity or the services offered. ChimTubb (talk) 19:23, 10 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
