Notability[edit]

@TheInevitable: Thanks for creating this article. Just note that Wikipedia articles need to satisfy the general notability guideline, which requires multiple independent and reliable sources. Currently as it stands, the sources all appear to be either primary sources, or not independent of the subject. The best kinds of sources for notability are usually news articles (but not press releases) and peer-reviewed research papers that aren't written by the people involved with the design of Kupyna.

I realize that there are currently lots of cryptography articles that survive without satisfying this criteria, but the sourcing in Wikipedia tends to be gradually be getting better, so I think it makes sense to be more strict with new articles. -- intgr [talk] 12:28, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
