I would need to see more evidence of the absence of a primary topic. The athlete appears to go by Kuldip Gosal, and the architect is one line. The judge is not merely a judge, but sat on a national supreme court. BD2412 T 01:15, 24 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Move Kuldip Singh and Kuldeep Singh are fairly common names. (spelling in native script of Hindi and Punjabi are same, transliteration may use i or ee). See Kuldeep Singh, which is a disambiguating page. So, this article should be moved to Kuldip Singh (judge).
