"Dairy Products Association Elects Officers At Meeting." Wilmington Morning Star (Star-News). Friday January 14, 1949. p. 22. On Google News, p. 23 of 23 -- says:
"The executive session, A [sic] closed meeting, took up the entire afternoon, during which a discussion on milk problems was led by Hubert Garrecht of the Klinke Brothers Dairy, Memphis Tenn."
