Kirk Johnson Scholarship?[edit]

The text claims that, as part of the Board of Inquiry's decision, the police department had to establish a scholarship in Kirk Johnson's name. However, the case itself states that this request was rejected, and that the Board only required the police department to refine its anti-racism policies. Kirk Johnson redirect should be put in place[edit]
