Suicides section[edit]

I am removing the section "Suicides and other incidents" from this article. Horrible though the story of Ms Smith and her children is, I don't believe it is notable in wiki terms. If there are multiple stories out there which demonstrate that this hill is a "well known as a location for suicides," we can cite them, but let's not place undue emphasis on one tragic case.
