Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... there are episode sublists for other animated shows like The Simpsons and Family Guy. --StewieBaby05 (talk) 17:57, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

deleting details about the second season of king of the hill, it would be out of place not having info on this season,.. nd then having info on others.

Colour contrast problems[edit]

It seems that this article is using colours in the infobox which don't satisfy Wikipedia's accessibility guidelines. The contrast between the foreground colour and the background colour is low, which means that it may be difficult or impossible for people with visual impairments to read it.

To correct this problem, a group of editors have decided to remove support for invalid colours from Template:Infobox television season and other television season templates after 1 September 2015. If you would still like to use custom colours for the infobox and episode list in this article after that date, please ensure that the colours meet the WCAG AAA standard.

To test whether a colour combination is AAA-compliant you can use Snook's colour contrast tool. If your background colour is dark, then please test it against a foreground colour of "FFFFFF" (white). If it is light, please test it against a foreground colour of "000000" (black). The tool needs to say "YES" in the box for "WCAG 2 AAA Compliant" when you input the foreground and the background colour. You can generally make your colour compliant by adjusting the "Value (%)" fader in the middle box.

Please be sure to change the invalid colour in every place that it appears, including the infobox, the episode list, and the series overview table. If you have any questions about this, please ask on Template talk:Infobox television season. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 05:30, 2 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The Company Man[edit]

I feel like there is an inordinate amount of emphasis on "The Company Man" being a 1st season production code but aired in season 2. It is EXTREMELY common in television production to hold episodes over for subsequent seasons; particularly in animation and shows where continuity is irrelevant". In fact, lots of episodes air out of their original production order and in subsequent seasons of the show, episodes are regularly held back (entire later seasons are made up mainly of held-back episodes). (The Simpsons and Batman: The Animated Series are two notable examples that spring to mind.

The only notable thing about The Company Man is that it was included in the 1st season DVD rather than the second. I don't have the DVDs but perhaps someone can clarify if the 1st season orders all episodes by production code, rather than by aired order (with "The Company Man" just thrown in at the end). Most TV series Canon and home video releases tend to go by aired order, not production order. A small single note about the episode should be sufficient.
