Kharkiv Polytech is not the first in Ukraine, Lviv Polythech is older. Please edit this sentence.

Language clearing

I did some language editing and removed some outright non-encyclopedic information. Rector Changed

Since 2015 University has new rector Yevgen Ivanovych SOKOL. (http://www.kpi.kharkov.ua/en/home/rectorat/). Please, change it.
