Ideal Village?[edit]

If "Ideal Village" is a concept, it needs explaining, or linking to a relevant article. (I believe thee is such a thing as an government-based Ideal Village Scheme). However, if it is simply a peacock word, it needs deleting. Parkywiki (talk) 12:20, 23 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
