Let us upgrade[edit]

For the year 2006-07, let us concentrate on upgrading the contents as decided: Wales to upgrade quality of Wiki. Thanks. --Bhadani 03:23, 24 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

deletion tag[edit]

The article is identical to Kasi Tribe, nominated for speedy deletion (see Talk:Kasi Tribe) 15:46, 30 September 2009 (UTC)

On second thought, maybe deleting all articles seems too drastic. I think it is maybe possible to redirect to Kasi Tribe, rescuing the first sentence and any legitimate content. I am not removing the tag, leaving an admin to decide, since it is probably better to treat the articles all together (the same content has been added with alternate article names, then deleted). Previously deleted for copyvio that I am aware of: Kasi (tribe), Kasi Quetta. Other same pages (not yet deleted): Kasi by Arif Kasi, Talk:Kasi (tribe), Talk:Kasi Quetta. Antipastor (talk) 17:17, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

KansiKasi tribe — This page has been around since June 2006, but uses a fairly rare Latin-alphabet spelling variant. "Kasi" appears to be by far the most common spelling for this tribe, both on Wikipedia and when searching for the tribe on Google. There are several redirects here from other spelling variants, plus a new fork page Kasi or Kassi created a week ago by an editor with an evident WP:Conflict of interest, who has just attempted to blank this page. I propose moving this page to Kasi tribe over the existing redirect, note the other spelling variants in the intro, and point all redirects here. Support Per the WP:GOOGLE test, "Kansi tribe" gets 14,600 hits and "Kasi tribe" gets 160,000. Seems like a pretty straightforward choice to me. —INTRIGUEBLUE (talk|contribs) 21:37, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kasi/Kassi/KansiKasi tribe — The current article is badly named but expands on the existing topic. De728631 (talk) 12:08, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. There is content at the destination article, so this should be a merge request, not a move request. Powers T 13:01, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
    • The destination article is shorter and doesn't tell anything that is not covered in this one, but I won't mind a merge either. De728631 (talk) 13:31, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
