This article needs reworking - some of the paragraphs are either copied directly2600:1016:B106:20:44E8:5529:E186:38F4 (talk) 23:35, 27 January 2016 (UTC) from the Karma website, while others read like a sales pitch, which makes the article far from unbiased.2600:1016:B106:20:44E8:5529:E186:38F4 (talk) 23:35, 27 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

People keep deleting key components of the Karma Mobility page on here. The part on "controversy" keeps being deleted by an editor who is trolling on this page. I wish to provide FACTUAL information that helps the general public. The "controversy" section of this page has strong citation and is 100% accurate. It doesn't say "scam" or anything else but simply presents the current/factual information that goes with this company. The part that keeps being deleted is as follows:

Controversy Karma has been the center of controversy the past several months over changing their Neverstop plan and cutting customers data multiple times. They are being accused of being a "bait and switch" company. [10][11][12] Customers were offered a 100% refund for their devices however, many customers have contacted the BBB and FCC about the changes. Editors connected to subject[edit]

One of the regular editors, Jessiepgoldberg, for the page is an employee of Karma and has been regularly removing criticism of the company, even when properly cited and adding promotional content. More eyes on the page would be appreciated to prevent it from turning into an advert for the company. Elaenia (talk) 23:29, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Elaenia: How do you know that Jessiegoldberg is an employee of Karma? Have they stated such a thing anywhere on Wikipedia? If you feel they have a conflict of interest, then you please take a look at WP:COI#How to handle conflicts of interest and follow the advice given there. Please pay special attention to WP:OUTING and be careful of posting the personal information of another editor. Also, try and remember that COI editing is only highly discouraged on Wikipedia; it's not expressly prohibited. The edits you are referring to may indeed be inappropriate and you can discuss them at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest noticeboard or at another more relevant noticeboard as you feel necessary, but you have remember to also copy with relevant Wikipedia policies and guidelines if you choose to do so. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:20, 9 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Marchjuly: They've stated as such. Yup, I'm aware of those policy pages - I posted on the talk page mostly because there's been a history of various editors coming along to clean up after the user in question, so I figured some details would provide context for anyone who might stumble along the page in the future. You can add a Template:Connected contributor to this talk page if you like; just follow the templates instructions. This article does not seem to be on many watchlists, so you might get a faster response by posting at WP:COIN. You could also ask for assistance at WT:COMPANIES or WT:TELECOM since editors belonging to those two Wikiprojects might have experience with this type of article. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:51, 9 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
