When was hair tested?[edit]
It is unlikely that a DNA test was conducted in the 1950s. The technology to match DNA sequences came decades later. Please return to source and clarify. Thanks. Daphodyl 19:00, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- Good catch. According to the paper I found, the bones and hair were disinterred in 1950, but the test was performed in 1998. I have amended the article. --Stormie 02:36, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
DNA testing Louis XVII[edit]
A new user added [[1] this link] to the article and claimed that the article proves Naundorff is Louis XVII. I removed the claims, and today I read the article, and I do not see the claim in the article. Leaving it here for those who could be interested.--Ymblanter (talk) 10:42, 6 October 2016 (UTC)
