Oppose per above, it's unnecessary to parenthesise an article title when there is no ambiguity through lack of any other related article. Weak oppose, as the other article does not exist on English Wikipedia, therefore the disambiguation is not needed for now. Should Kahahu (cloak) be made, a discussion could be later made deciding the primary topic. However, there is a section at Māori traditional textiles#Fine cloaks / kākahu on the topic.
