rebranding[edit]

I admit, I stopped listening to this station when I became an adult, almost 20 years ago. But today, while riding a detoured #11 MTS bus around Qualcomm, I saw a "Smooth FM 98.1" billboard. Is this a recent rebranding? And is the band lighter than it was back in the Windham Hill heyday? I'd update, but I'mnot sure what all happened, and I have no clue how to hunt down usable logos.
