Who wrote this, one of the hosts?[edit]

I mean really, this whole thing reads like advertising. It reads like this Dan Patrick guy wrote it himself. It needs to be rewritten. And likely, much of this article will have to be axed. There is really nothing here that is encyclopedic.--Fightingirish 01:46, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like someone decided they "own" this article and keeps locking it. People try to improve it, only to have this "Favonian" person attack them. "The governor of Texas has pointed out, without directly naming Patrick and Hendee, that organizations reclassified themselves as LLC to avoid any state taxes while doing millions of dollars worth of business in Texas. The Governor also noted the state has lowered its budget, assumed more responsibility for funding schools, and lowered property taxes a record 6 billion." This statement is wrong. LLCs are currently subject to state franchise and income taxes, whereas LPs are currently not.
