  • ... that a federal marshal seized a car and a truck because there was no other way to satisfy a debt owed by Arkansas television station KRZB-TV?
    • ALT1: ... that though its general manager described it as "not a close-down but a rebuilding", Arkansas television station KRZB-TV spent seven years off the air?

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Article meets eligibility criteria newness and length. Well sourced. Assuming WP:AGF on the offline sources. Tone is neutral and no concerns there. Earwig's Copyvio detector shows no concerns with online sources. I am assuming WP:AGF for the same from offline sources. Both hooks are interesting. However, for the second hook, I would request the nominator adds the seven years in the article. Can easily be done by editing the last line to say the station returned to the air with Victory programming on April 2, 1995, seven years after it had ceased to broadcast or something like that. I am not able to access the text reference for ALT0. Requesting the editor to share any material e.g. text snippet, that can help validate the hook. ALT1 is validated by the World Radio History TV Factbook - Page 134. PDF took some time to load given its size. Handing it back to the nominator to see if something else can be done here. QPQ is done. Looks good otherwise. Passing back to the nominator Ktin (talk) 20:54, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Ktin: Both hooks have pieces of the offline sources.
  • ALT0, from "Federal marshal seizes TV station's property":

A U.S. Marshal seized a car and a truck from television station KRZB last week to pay a court-ordered judgment, according to a document filed in U.S. District Court Wednesday. ...

and "Company requests garnishment of KRZB's former owners' assets":

Six writs of garnishment filed April 26 with the local U.S. District Court were "the last resort," Coulter said Tuesday.

  • ALT1: Yes, I am citing the Factbook. (Two are cited, a 1987 edition for KRZB-TV's 1980s technical facilities and 1996 for this specific date.) These are big PDFs, so I get why it might not have loaded. The Factbook states, Began Operation: February 7, 1986. Left air May 31, 1988. Returned to air April 2, 1995. The May 31, 1988, date is incorrect per the newspaper sources.
Please let me know if this resolves your questions. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 21:06, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thanks for the quick response. ALT0 and ALT1 look good. The PDF for ALT1 finally loaded at my end. Marking both hooks approved. My personal preference is ALT0, but, will leave that to the promoting Admin / prep-builder. Ktin (talk) 21:20, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
