Two different Stations?[edit]

I think it makes more sense for this to be divided into two different articles, one for KGNC AM and one for the FM, since they are essentially different stations —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.255.94.159 (talk) 16:32, 5 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

KGNC is not the same station as KGNC-FM. There are separate call signs and frequencies, as well as separate formats. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.237.226.203 (talk) 02:00, 6 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. There are two licenses not one and therefore the two stations should have two listings in Wikipedia. There is a possibility that the stations could be sold to separate buyers. Please keep up the good work towards splitting the entry into two entries. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.190.45.222 (talk) 07:25, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think it is perfect the way it is. Because the two stations are currently under the same management and all of the contact information is the same, keeping them together is ideal for people who are doing research on local stations. The organization of the page makes it clear that there are 2 stations operating on 2 frequencies. If one of the licenses is sold to another company in the future, then it would be appropriate to separate into two entires.208.124.62.11 (talk) 21:57, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There's no consensus for a split, and 208.124.62.11 puts forward a good rationale for keeping as one article. There is one owner, Morris Communications, and it might be better to merge this article into Morris Communications. SilkTork *YES! 15:56, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
