Sources[edit]

This article cites no sources, but does have a few external links, mostly that of information on the transmitters that broadcast KDNK in parts of western, Colorado. I searched in Google for news articles with the history of KDNK, but found very little, mostly local stories about stuff happening with KDNK such as rezoning the land of the stations building to be commercial from residential. I need help in getting some sources to back up the info on this page. I am a youth DJ on KDNK and have been for multiple years through there youth program called Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment Program (AZYEP) and can confirm some of the details in this article (although I was not alive when the station started so I cannot confirm all the details), but feel that some sources would be good to confirm the details and when we find some they may include some info not already on this page also. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greshthegreat (talkcontribs) 04:54, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup[edit]

The general structure of the KDNK article needed work, while some of the text appeared to have originated with people close to the station. So I took the liberty of re-arranging and re-writing. I'd be happy to do more. For example, the history should be more detailed; that is, quite a bit must have happened between the first meetings and getting the station up and running. Similarly, the station's situation today could be elaborated on.

I should caution station volunteers from getting too involved in editing the article because of possible Conflict of Interest issues. For example, I have a long background in community radio, but because of COI restrictions, I avoid working on the article for my own station. Feel free to contact me on my Talk page if you have any feedback. Thanks. Allreet (talk) 19:10, 13 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
